What we collect, why, and what we never do.

What we collect

• Order details: name, address, email, and what you bought. Needed to ship and support your order.
• Payment: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Ring data: heart rate, blood oxygen, steps and sleep readings are stored in the Kalio app on your phone. If you turn on cloud backup, they are stored in your account, encrypted.
• Site usage: standard analytics (pages viewed, device type) to improve the site.

What we never do

• Sell your personal data or your health readings.
• Share readings with insurers, employers or advertisers.
• Read your calls or messages. Caller ID only shows the name your phone sends to the ring.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to see, export or delete everything we hold about you. We act within 30 days. California and EU residents have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR, which we honour.
