Buying from us

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
• Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation.
• Free shipping, a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 1-year limited warranty apply to every order.

Using the ring

• Kalio shows heart rate, blood oxygen, steps and sleep for general wellness and fitness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor about anything that worries you.
• Battery life depends on use and settings.
• Caller ID, find your phone and remote camera need the Kalio app and a paired phone nearby.

The app

The Kalio app is included with the ring and licensed to you for personal use. Updates arrive through the app. There is no recurring charge for the app or your readings.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
