Which finger

Index or middle finger reads best, on either hand. Ring finger works too. Pick the finger you will actually wear it on every day, and size for that finger.

If you know your ring size

Order that size. Kalio uses standard US sizing, the same as a jewellery shop. Size it for the finger you will actually wear it on.

How to measure

With a soft tape measure. Wrap it around the base of the finger you will wear the ring on. Snug, not tight. Read the number in millimetres where the tape meets. That is your circumference. Find it in the table below.

With a ruler. Take a plain ring that already fits that finger. Lay it on the ruler and measure the inside, edge to edge, at the widest point, in millimetres. That is the inside diameter. Find it in the table below.

Three tips that matter.Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest. Measure three times and use the middle number. Between two sizes? Take the smaller one.

How it should feel

Snug enough that the sensors on the inside stay against your skin, loose enough to turn with a little effort. If it slides over the knuckle with no resistance, it is too big.
