1-year limited warranty

Every Kalio Ring and charging case is covered for one year from delivery.

What is covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship
• The display, sensors or battery failing under normal use
• The charging case failing to charge or hold a charge

What is not covered

• Normal wear, including light scratches on the band
• Damage from drops, crushing, chemicals or heat (saunas and hot tubs included)
• Water damage beyond the 50 m rating, or from a damaged band
• Loss or theft
• Rings bought from anyone other than Kalio or an authorised retailer

Making a claim

Email [email protected] with your order number, a short description and a photo if there is visible damage. We reply within one business day. If it is a warranty issue we send a replacement, usually without needing the original back first.

Battery

The battery is designed to keep at least 80% of its capacity through the first year of normal use. If it falls below that within the warranty period, we replace the ring.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary by state or country. It does not limit your rights under consumer law.
