How it works
- Email [email protected] with your order number.
- We send a prepaid return label the same business day.
- Post it back in any box. The original packaging is nice but not required.
- Your refund goes to the original payment method within 5 business days of the ring arriving back with us.
Wrong size?
You do not need to return anything first. Tell us the size you need and we ship the replacement free. Send the first ring back with the label we include. One free swap per order.
What is not covered
Rings returned after 30 days, or with damage beyond normal wear, are covered by the 1-year warranty rather than the guarantee. Gift cards and digital items are not refundable.
Exchanges for a different colour
Within 30 days, treat it as a return and place a new order, or email us and we will arrange a straight swap.
